March 14th lessons learned

It was almost great, the Spurs dropped another game after losing to the Pistons and the Rockets beat the Bobcats to make the 3:30est sunday contest just that much better against the Lakers.  The only thing wrong is the Lakers still had to play basketball, and about three minutes in to the Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul MVP race game our puzzle piece was unglued with a sprained ankle.. We went on to lose the game and we have lost Pau Gasol for the trip and probably up to two weeks.  It just shows you can't count anything out in this game.  Kobe gets his pinky messed up and plays through it and then Pau goes down.  Im tired of watching our bench have to carry out our stars.  If we lose three games without the Suns losing we fall behind them in the division.  Am I worried about it? ya im not going to lie to you and say it's not causing concern, but if the guy we say is the best in the league and argue for daily on these boards is really the best or at least on of then why couldn't we pull off at least 2 out of the next three? or 3 in a row? All I know is my humble pie was sitting on the counter befor Pau went down.. it was made after the loss to the Kings.  and I am about to take a huge bite before sundays game.  Tracy McGrady and friends lost their all star Yao Ming for the season, but have continued to win.. so why the hell should we bee different.  Time to go to work L.A., time to see if the boys are ready to become men and see if this team is made of champions or just contenders.  Lets go Lakers!  Avitar remains to change for the opponents... untill I lose a bet!
